POLICY AND PROCEDURES:

1.) CLIENTS HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY TO BOOK THEIR OWN APPOINTMENTS.

2.) ALL CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT 470.877.3858. WE ARE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU.

3.) THE OFFICE IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR EMAIL FOR CONFIRMATION. *ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A NON-REFUNDABLE $50 BOOKING FEE*

4.) REFUNDS: ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES ON THE OUTCOME OF RESULTS. EXCHANGE CAN BE MADE IF CUSTOMERS HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SERVICE. NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED SERVICE FEE UP TO THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE SERVICE. If you purchased a Groupon and want a refund you will need to contact Groupon; as they are a third-party company.

5.) ALL APPOINTMENTS ARE GIVEN A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FOR EACH APPOINTMENT TIME. If you are running later than the time scheduled you must call or text 470.877.3858 to make sure we can still complete your procedure. No-shows and repeat no-shows will incur a no show fee up to full service charge.

6.) If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment you must inform within 24 hours. Cancellations after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Emergencies will be waived.
